The Executive’s Closet was created to give men the ability to purchase quality custom clothing from the comfort of their own home or office. Once you become familiar with our products and our services, you will discover that we not only provide superior clothing, but give you what other stores can’t: time. There’s no searching for a parking space, no sorting through disorganized racks of clothes, and no waiting in long lines to pay for your clothes. We’re not just for men, either. We realize that, contrary to popular belief, many women despise shopping, or between work and kids and dinner and Grey’s Anatomy, are just too darn busy to flit around the mall. We now have a select offering of women’s clothing, and will be expanding to a full line of women’s clothes by late 2007/2008. We make ordering our clothes, shoes, or accessories online easy. You may not know how to take your own measurements, or are uneasy about buying a shoe without trying it on first. We understand your concerns, and have you covered:- If you’re unsure of how to take your own measurements, we encourage you to visit a local tailor. Most will do measurements for free or a small fee, for which we will happily reimburse you.
- We can create a sample garment free of charge on your first order, and make any adjustments necessary for your final garment.
- We can copy the measurements of a garment that you already own which fits you perfectly. Simply send us the garment so we can measure it, and we’ll promptly return it to you.
- You can order a garment in your standard size (e.g, shirt 16/34), and tell us what modifications you’d like on future purchases.
- We can provide you with the measurements of our standard size garments as a reference point for when you’re measuring yourself.
- If you need a different size shoes, or simply wish to try a different pair, we will ship the new styles to you free of charge.
Our Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple: If you have any questions or concerns, contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve them. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, simply return the merchandise in its original condition with the receipt within 30 days of purchase. You can always return shoes, ties, and other accessories if they don't meet or exceed your expectations. If you want to try a different size or different pair of shoes instead, we'll ship you the replacement for free. While we don’t offer money back on custom clothes, we do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.About our Website
We are continually investing in the technology of our online store. This past September we launched the first in a series of website upgrades. The upgrade included a new “look and feel” that allows easier navigation, a fresh selection of over 400 shirt fabrics with online picture quality far superior to other stores, and a new “Featured Items” section on the homepage that will highlight both new and sale products. The upgrade is far from finished, and there are some inconsistencies in the look of the new pages and the old. While we want to keep the content that was popular on the previous site, we will be organizing it more effectively to create a better reference and shopping experience for you. We appreciate your patience during this upgrade.
