Process

Personal Consult- One of our personal consultants will work with you on a one on one basis going through detailed process to determine your needs so that a garment can be made to your liking.

Garment sent to us- After we have gone over all the details, you will send us your garment to the address given by the consultant, please be sure to insure the package and acquire a tracking number.

Fabrics Sourced-When we receive your garment the fabrics will be sourced and procured for your project and will be sent to our tailors.

Trims sourced- All the trims will be procured and sent to the tailors.

Garment measured- When the garment is received it is measured and if there are changes in the measurements these are factored in.

Pattern Made- These measurements along with the garment are sent to the pattern makers and an intricate soft dot pattern (made by hand) is created by master designers. The pattern is the longest process.

Fabric Cut- When the pattern is completed, the fabric is sponged if necessary and cut according to the pattern and prepared to be sewn by the master tailors and designers.

Garment Tailored and Sewn- When the fabric is finished being cut the fabric is taked on the fit dummy, sewn to perfection and pressed. Approximated 35-60 hours is put into each garment.

Special Washes and Processing or embroidery- Some of the garments, especially jeans, will go through special processing to create the worn and vintage looks. If the garment requires embroidery it will be sent to the embroiders.

Inspected- When the garment is finished by the tailors and designers it is sent back to us for inspection and gone over with a shrewd eye.

Shipped to you- After the inspection, it is neatly packaged, insured and sent directly to you via ups or some other reputable carrier.
