EXCHANGES ARE FREE and RETURNS ARE EASY!
We are happy you placed an order with us and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, if you aren't entirely pleased with the fit, color, or style, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. All shoes must be in their original condition and in their original shoeboxes with tissue paper/wrapping and cannot show any signs of wear. All accessories must be unused, and must have original labels attached. The Executives Closet must receive your merchandise within 30 days of your initial receipt or else the returned item(s) may be rejected.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order (contact us by email or phone) and we'll ship the item to you free of charge (if you live in the continental USA), along with a prepaid shipping label for the product you are sending back to be exchanged. If there is a price difference on the item(s), we will either credit or charge you for the difference. Free exchange shipping only applies to your initial exchange. If subsequent exchanges ensue, you will be charged shipping.
RETURNS
For returns, we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned. (please note that shipping charges are not refunded). As a convenience you can contact us (via phone or email) to request a FedEx Return Shipping Label to affix to your package and drop off at a local FedEx service station or drop box. We will deduct a $6 shipping fee from your credit. If you prefer, you may choose an alternate method to return the merchandise and pay for your own return shipping. For your convenience, we welcome charge purchases using the American Express® Card, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also accept money orders and gift certificates.
What is your shipping Policy ?
Domestic (and US Territories)
Our shipping and handling rates are simple. No matter how many shoes or accessories you purchase, the prices below apply. Please note that orders received after 1pm EST will be processed on the following business day so, please factor that in when selecting delivery service. Also, if multiple orders are placed, they may be shipped separately to allow for prompt delivery.
FedEx Ground- (3-5 business days) $12
Fed EX 2nd Day Air- (2-3 business days) $27
UPS Next Day Air- (1-2 business days) $45
For Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories, a surcharge of $15 will be added to the above shipping rates.
International (including Canada)
Our international shipping and handling rates are listed below. Please note that our fees do not include any VAT taxes or Import duties that may be assessed. The Executives Closet ships packages FOB (Free on Board) and as such, is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Any and all claims should be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Additionally we apologize that our free shipping on exchanges does not apply to international customers.

Texas Residents
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases made from our fellow Texas residents.
Approximately when will I receive my order?
For shoes and accessories your order should arrive in 5-7 business days, unless it is on backorder. Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground. You will be notified if your item is on backorder. For clothing purchases, the typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder.
I love my shoes, but need a different size. How do I exchange them?
Exchanges are easy, breezy, and free! Call or email us as soon as you know the size doesn't fit and let us know if you need to go up or down in sizing. If we have it in-stock, we send it out right away with a pre-paid return label included in the shipment for you to send back to us the size that doesn't fit back. Or instead, simply return the shoes to us with the bottom portion of your invoice noting you would like to exchange for a different size and we will send it to you. If we don't have it available, we'll promptly contact you.
How do I do measurements for clothing ?
We offer several options to ensure that you get a perfect fit for your clothes. First, we offer a step by step online measurement forms that will provide us with the appropriate measurements to make a perfect garment. If you are uneasy about taking your own measurements, we encourage you to visit a local tailor to get measured. Most will do this for free or a small fee (which we will happily reimburse you for). We can offer to make you a sample garment free of charge on your first order and make any adjustments if necessary. We have the ability to copy the measurements of an existing garment that you own today and like the fit. Simply send us the garment, we will measure it, and return it to you. We can order a garment for you in your standard size (e.g.. shirt 16/34) and have you provide feedback (if any) of modifications you would like to make on a future purchase. It is quite possible that you might like the fit of our standard sizing and you have just unlocked thousands of fabrics for you to select from. Finally, we can also provide you with our the measurements of our standard size garments to provide you a reference point so that you feel comfortable when measuring yourself.
What if I am an odd shape or size?
This is what custom clothes are all about. Since we are Custom Tailors, we are able make to measure each garment to specifications provided for each individual client. All our garments are individually cut and sewn, from the selection of the style, to the selection of the fabric and color and any custom requests to the actual cutting and finishing of the garment. Therefore, we are able to custom make the item to the sizes required. Also, we can copy a particular garment as well, we will pick up the shipping/insurance charges just to earn your business and deduct it from the cost of the suit you are purchasing.
Can you make a garment from a picture ?
Yes, we can. Please email us a JPEG format extension .jpg or send us a link where the image can be viewed.

Can I get my custom made clothing quicker than 30 days?
We currently offer an expedited service that allows our customer to get their garments in the quickest time possible while still maintaining our standards. There is a 10% extra charge on the total order for this service.
Our fabrics are imported from some of the finest cloth mills in Europe. We have an international team of tailors in the United States, the United Kingdom and Asia.
To help us achieve our goal of providing the highest quality products and services, we use information from our interactions with you and other customers, as well as from other parties. Because we respect your privacy, we have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. The Information We Collect:
Whenever you shop with The Executives Closet we obtain from you the information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. If you use a credit or debit card it will include your account number. When you sign up with us as an online customer, we may ask for additional information, such as your shoe size. If you use one of our services, or participate in one of our promotions or sweepstakes, we may ask for additional information, such as your age, interests or product preferences. From your purchases and other interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific products or services you purchase or use.
