  1. Go to Custom Shirts on our Products page
  2. Go to Silver Collection
  3. Select Options
  4. In Special Instructions, write Zelli shoe custom shirt
  5. Check out, for payment select "mail check"
  6. Proceed to Measurement Form from Thank you page
  7. Fill out Measurement Form for Shirt and Submit

That's it, you're done!

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery for you custom shirt.
