If you’re unhappy with your purchase, simply return the merchandise in its original condition with the receipt within 30 days of purchase. You can always return shoes, ties, and other accessories if they don't meet or exceed your expectations. If you want to try a different size or different pair of shoes instead, we'll ship you the replacement for free. While we don’t offer money back on custom clothes, we do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
